Founded on 31st July 1979 as a wholesaler, retail, importer and exporter of all kinds of baby and child care products, tricycles, bicycles and toys. On 9th September 1999, N & D Sdn Bhd was taken over by Solid Collections Sdn Bhd where is founded on 3rd November 1994 by Mr. Low Meng Hua and Mr. Low Min Kwee who the man with over 30 years of experience in their profession on consulting, marketing even manufacturing for the said line of products. Since then, N & D Sdn Bhd sales had been keep on growing and the success mainly from the full support of their current sale team especially sale promoter, sufficient stock, wide range of products and quality products.

Solid Collections Sdn Bhd mainly in the worldwide importer and exporter. About 600 over items of all kinds of baby and child care products, tricycles, bicycles and toys were import from overseas. Over 70% of the products come from Asia region and almost 30% from the local manufacture. This is because Asia based products are more preferable in Asian market.

We had been expanded our business under the products brand name "ASOGO", and had been distributed to whole Malaysia, including East Malaysia even others Asia country. We are proud to serve some of the reputable organizations like Parkson Corporation Sdn Bhd, Toy ”R” Us (M) Sdn Bhd, Xtra Supercenter, Fajar Retails Enterprise Sdn Bhd and, etc. With its key personal still steadfastly upholding the Company objectives, policies and philosophy has constantly helped the Company to improve its sales turnover for the past years. It became apparent that Solid Collections Sdn Bhd could grow well beyond its initial vision of the company
