JOB SCOPE - ONLINE SALES ASSISTANT

Description:

Online Sales Assistant

Job Purpose:

To deliver a customer service experience inline with the company’s brands.

Perform duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring knowledge of office systems and procedures. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, stenography, office machine operation, and filing

Job Duties:

  • Answer phones and greet clients warmly.
  • Follow orders/tasks given by superior (Sales & Marketing Manager / Online Sales Consultants)
  • Assist in filling duties
  • Perform stenography and dictation
  • Reroute calls to appropriate department.
  • Answer inquiries about company (Company Background, Product Inquiries, Online Sales Inquiries).
  • Being able to operate accounting software and office software.
  • Prepare invoices.
  • Crosscheck statements.
  • Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, and personal computers.
  • Retrieve files for personnel.
  • Monitor on product’s stock level.
  • Arrange pick-up from courier services/logistics
  • Supervise the load/unload of the goods to/from courier services
  • Perform data entry.
  • Review operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures or expenditures.
  • *Cleaning toilets, cleaning dust, sweeping floors, mopping floors, washing kitchenwares(cups, plates, etc)

  •  You must be able to at least speak and write English and Malays fluently.
  • Some knowledge about the bicycles and components would be perfect.

 

 


JOB SCOPE - GENERAL WORKER

Description:

Warehouse Worker / General Worker

Job Purpose:

Completes Shipments by processing and loading orders.

Job Duties:

  • Follow orders/tasks given by superior
  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling stock; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assemble Bicycles.
  • Unload stock from Containers
  • Load and unload stock to/from lorries
  • Completes deliveries by following lorry drivers to and from customers’ locations.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
  • *Cleaning toilets, cleaning dust, sweeping floors, mopping floors, washing kitchenwares(cups, plates, etc)

JOB SCOPE - LORRY DRIVER

Description:

Lorry Driver/Truck Driver

Job Purpose:

Drive a lorry, with a capacity of 3 tons and above, primarily to deliver or pick up merchandise or to deliver packages. May load and unload vehicle.

Job Duties:

  • Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
  • Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, or brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.
  • Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles
  • Present bills and receipts and collect payments for goods delivered or loaded.
  • Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
  • Turn in receipts and money received from deliveries.
  • Drive vehicles with capacities of three tons and above to transport materials to and from specified destinations, such as residences, offices, or shop lots
  • Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions.
  • Able to operate GPS devices for locating/storing customers’ locations.

Job Purpose:

To generate sales by selling company’s products, work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. Constantly looking for chances to source for new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.

Job Duties:

  • Making Appointments to meet new and existing customers
  • Understanding your company’s products
  • Understanding your customers’ needs
  • Making presentations to promote new products and special deals
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
  • Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
  • Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone
  • Recording orders and sending details to the office
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
