With Self Pickup option, you can now place your order and make payment on our online store, then pick it up at our showroom located at Taman Sentosa, Klang. We’ll help you to assemble / packed the bicycle or bicycle accessories of your choice before you pickup the order. The followings mothods are available for the Self Pickup:
For Fully Assembled Bicycle:
Please select “Self Pickup (Assemble)” option in the shipping method list.
By selecting this shipping method, we will help you to assemble the bicycle with nicely adjusted gear setting and help you to install the bicycle accessories (if you place order together). You will save a lot of time for trying to assemble it/getting the right tools/or even saving up some cash asking for help from other bicycle stores (Trust us, they will charge your for that)
Furthermore, when you come over to pickup the bicycle in our showroom, we will provide some information on how to use the bicycle including fold/unfold/basic knowledge on how to maintain the bicycle/how to use the gear and more without extra charges.
The assemble fee are calculate based on product weight / volumetric weight [whichever is higher], meaning smaller bicycle will have lower charges compared to bigger size bicycle. You can check the assemble fee of your choice by clicking “add to cart” and select the “Self Pickup (Assemble)” options in the shipping method list.
*Assemble fee has been waived for self pickup (assemble) options starting from 12-Apr-2018 untill further notice.
For Bicycle/Bicycle Accessories in Box (Without Assemble):
Please select “Self Pickup (Box)” option in the shipping method list.
By selecting this shipping method, you are agree to pickup a bicycle with 85% skd (85% assembled in the box) without gear setting and other services. This method is suitable for professional cyclist who have experience on assembling a bicycle and adjusting the gear settings all by their own.
For bicycle accessories, you can choose this method to self pickup without shipping charges.
* We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any damage caused during the assembling process by buyer, user or other bicycle stores.

Order from Asogo.com on your pc, mobile phone or tablet. Select “Self Pickup” delivery method during checkout and we’ll have your order waiting at our showroom at Taman Sentosa, Klang.
Convenient in store pickup
You’ll receive an email / a phone call when your order is ready – usually within 1 to 3 working days for fully assembled bicycle and within 2 working hours for bicycle accessories and bicycle in box (no assemble). Just come to our showroom and let us know that you’re here. We’ll bring out your items and answer any questions.
*For “Self Pickup (Box)” Options order - Payment made before 12pm can pickup their order on the same day after you receive phone calls from our friendly staff.

When can I pick up my item(s)?
You’ll receive an email notification / a phone call when your order is ready to pickup.
What do I need to bring when I pickup my order?
You will need to bring your order slip and your Identification Card
Where do I go when I arrive?
When you arrive at our showroom, show us your order slip and we will bring out your items.
Can someone else pickup my order?
Yes. If you authorize someone else to pick up your order, they’ll need to bring the order slip and their identification card.
Can I change my order when I arrive to pick it up?
Sorry. We start to process your order as soon as we received it, therefore we are unable to cancel or change your order. We advise that you carefully review and modify your order before payment submission.
Can I place order online and pay at showroom?
Sorry, we will process your order only after we received the payment.
