Simply click on the Register button on the top right corner of the website and fill up the registration form.
Make sure your details are correct to avoid any delay in your delivery.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
No worries. Go to login page and click the "Forgot Password" link. Enter the email address associated with your
account, then click "Continue". We will send you an email with a link where you can create your new password.
Can I use my Asogo / Cronus Membership to purchase online?
Unfortunately, at this moment Asogo / Cronus Membership benefits are unavailable to use online.
To purchase, please register a separate online account.

Can I made changes to my order after it has been submitted?
No. Unfortunately, we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, therefore we are unable to cancel
or change your order. We advise that you carefully review and modify your order before payment submission.
What happen if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have placed my order

Can I order from www.asogo.com and pick it up at Asogo Store/Showroom?

Can I get the same price if purchase directly at any Asogo / Cronus Store?
No. The price listed at www.asogo.com are exclusively for online buyers only.

How much is the delivery charge?

Do you offer international shipping?
We're sorry, we only ship to Malaysia at this time.
I want to ship my order to someone else's address. What do I do?
At the shopping cart page, untick Same as billing information to enter your preferred address and recipient details.
Make sure all information are correct to avoid any delay in your delivery.
How can I track my order(s)?
We will send the courier service consigment note / tracking no. to you by email, you can then track your parcel at their website.
How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery time: 1 to 5 business days.
Payment made before 12pm (Saturday before 9am) will be shipped out on the same day (except Sunday & Public Holiday)

What should I do if I have received a damaged/faulty/incorrect products?
If your item is damaged, faulty, or different to how it was described follow these easy steps:
(i) Send in photos/video of the item(s) to support@asogo.com within 48 hours from goods received
(ii) Please provide the following details so we can assist you as quickly as possible:

• Contact Number
• Email Address
• Delivery Address
• Order ID
• Brief description of the problem you are experiencing
(iii) Our customer support team will verify it within 1 to 3 business days
(iv) Once confirmed, we will contact you through the email or phone calls
